Low Fat Smoothie: The Best Strawberry Lime Drink Ever

'This is the best one I have made yet.'
This one is a newbie, but goodie. To prepare for it pick up some strawberries at the grocery store wash them and cut off the tops. Then put them into a bag and place in the freezer. This will give you a chilling element without having to use ice, leaving your smoothie thick, rich and delicious. Let’s get started.
You will need:
2 small limes
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
½ cup of milk
and a great blender always helps
Add the milk and yogurt to the blender first. Then, lime and strawberries. Blend until all the ingredients are pureed nicely using the pulse button. Remember, do not shake or rock your blender like you see in the smoothie shops. When you are done you will have a nice refreshing drink with a deep unrecognizable hint of strawberry tart.
This healthy and fun desert is great for summertime. Don't forget that yogurt is really good for your system. I eat something with yogurt in it everyday.
